WHO WE ARE
Built from observation.
Grounded in experience.
SimukaAgri was created from a simple observation: many people want to participate in agriculture, but they are overwhelmed by fragmented information and unclear starting points. We exist to change that — by bringing clarity, structure, and the right expertise to every agricultural decision.
Chipo Tichagwa
Founder & Lead Agricultural Enterprise Planner
With over 10 years in the commercial poultry industry — including General Manager level — and academic foundations in both Agriculture and Business Administration, Chipo brings a rare combination of technical, operational, and commercial expertise to agricultural enterprise planning in Zimbabwe.
OUR MISSION
“SimukaAgri helps farmers and agribusinesses build agricultural enterprises that are commercially structured, technically sound, climate-aware, and built to last — through planning, coordination, and the kind of rigorous monitoring that turns good intentions into measurable outcomes.”
SimukaAgri does not offer general agricultural consulting. The work is more deliberate than that.
OUR STORY
SimukaAgri exists because agricultural planning is broken — not in theory, but in practice. Farmers receive excellent advice in fragments. Nobody coordinates those fragments into a plan that reflects their actual land, capital, market, and capacity.
I spent over a decade inside commercial agriculture — managing production systems, enforcing quality standards that separate compliant produce from unmarketable produce, working through cost structures, and learning firsthand where enterprises succeed and where they quietly fall apart.
This is not a platform built from the outside looking in. It is built from someone who has been inside the system long enough to understand exactly what is missing.
What we actually do
What we do is consolidate and coordinate all the moving parts in an agricultural business — soil, water, market, finance, timing, labour, value chain — so the farmer can see the full picture and make a better decision. we are building dawnAgri into a structured small firm over the next three years. Every engagement we complete becomes the documented foundation for the next.
The ground we are building
We currently work with smallholder farmers and agripreneurs entering projects of 1 to 2 hectares — helping them identify the right enterprise, build a complete plan, align to market requirements, and put monitoring systems in place before they invest. Our goal is simple: that every person we work with makes a better, more informed agricultural decision than they would have made alone.
We coordinate the moving parts — technical, financial, operational, and commercial — into a single, structured plan built around the farmer’s actual reality. When that work is done well, the farmer does not need to choose between competing voices. They have one clear direction, one executable plan, and the monitoring systems to keep it on track.
This is the discipline behind everything SimukaAgri builds. Our structured approach guides you through the essential phases of establishing a successful agricultural business.
OUR EXPERT NETWORK
